North Indian Dishes are very famous among foreigners!

India is a diversified country with wasteland area. The south India and north India are geographically located far from each other. South India is mostly hot ad humid compared to the dry and cool climate of north India. This is another one reason why there is a big difference in north Indian and south Indian dishes. 

Wheat is the major crop in north India. Most of the dishes of north India are basically done with wheat. The dishes are really tasty. One cannot stop eating the paratha with vegetable curry, which is even famous in the south. Also there are some of the delicious Indian Chicken Recipes available. People in north India use the buffalo’s milk. The milk will be thick and is used to make paneer, which is similar to cheese. All Indian Recipes are not spicy. 

The dishes would be sweet and sour compared to the spicy South Indian Recipes. Among north Indian food there are different varieties. There are the Bengali foods, Punjabi foods, Rajasthan dishes. Whenever we analyze the dishes we can find that, the dishes vary depending upon the climate. Bengali dishes are made of rice, as Bengal is a humid and wet state and an ideal destination for rice cultivation. The food will have a combination of wheat and rice foods. Another one major ingredient of north Indian Food is dhal. Dhal is rich in protein and is seen as a major side dish for most of the north Indian cuisines. There are different varieties of dhal and as much varieties of dhal dishes.
