Planning the Home Based Business

If you want to start a home based business it definitely demands good planning. Planning of home based business should cover structure of your business, budget and investment you have and management strategies.

First of all choose a suitable structure of your business. There can be two types of home based business structure. One is partnership in which two or more people collaborate and share their resources to start a new business. The advantage of this type of structure is that debt and lose is dived among the partners thus minimizing the burden. The disadvantage of partnership is that profit is minimized when divided.

The other type is sole proprietorship. In this type you are the only owner and investor of the business. It is your own business. You can take decisions at your own. Disadvantage of this type is that you have to pay taxes, debt and other losses by yourself. You are the only person responsible for all the business.  To save yourself from taxes you can use tax write off method.

The other important phase is writing of business plan. Without an effective business plan you cannot do anything. Firstly describe your business, describe the work area and define the business goal. It will help you in marketing your business. Your plan should be describing your business activities, areas of your income and your competitors.

Home based business is not always a difficult task. With proper planning and eye at the future anyone can do it

21st Century Media

March 20th, 2008 Editor Posted in Advertising Comments Off

Buy Now Media is clearly leading the pack when it comes to media auctions. I have just read a couple of posts talking about Ebay and Google’s eventual role in defining the future of media buying auctions. While others scramble to keep up, Buy Now Media has already been providing this service. Buy Now Media offers an online platform for global options when it comes to purchasing media campaigns. Particular local emphasis is London based, but it offers connections in radio and TV spots that could be global. I’ve seen other companies struggling to come into the twenty-first century by over-thinking their business models. Buy Now Media has launched into to this market with gusto. While it allows members to post products in several categories, filling those spaces is still a challenge. Buy Now Media will have to take its own advice and launch its own ambient media campaign to navigate the shark infested waters of the ad world. There is no doubt that with Buy Now Media’s advanced technology of allowing members to monitor all activity through its website, keeping sellers and bidders updated through e-mail, and providing the latest in auction based media buying it will overcome any challenges it may face. Media buying as a whole may never move to online auctions, but for non-premium inventory, it seems a natural fit for providers to sell difficult to move products. Buy Now Media is certainly leading the media world well into the twenty-first century!
